As a reseller do I receive additional discounts for a 6 month or 1 year payment in advance?
No. Because our reseller accounts are already heavily
discounted, we do not offer additional discounts for extended contract lengths.
As a reseller can I give my clients a money back guarantee?
Resold accounts do not come with the money back guarantee, at this point you have already discovered,
and been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of machines and services. We should not be held liable
for the promises that you make to your customers. If you wish to offer any trial period or
guarantee you may do so, but at your own risk. The provisions are available to rename any account
that you purchase for one customer for resale to another.
Are my clients required to follow the Rosserver.com Hosting policies and guidelines?
Yes, all resold accounts must follow our policies and guidelines.
If we receive information that one of your clients is in violation we reserve the right to investigate and
deactivate that account ourselves, you will of course be informed.
If I decide to use virtual name servers, how long does registration take?
Registration of your virtual name servers takes approximately 5 days. However,
this depends on how busy Internic is and we have no way of giving you an exact time frame.
How do the different nameservers (yours, mine or the generic) resolve correctly?
All the virtual nameservers use a common file that holds all the domains.
You may register domains with any valid nameserver on your server box and think of them as
aliases for each other.
Does Internic charge for registering virtual name servers?
No, there is no registration fee. Register the virtual nameservers with the same registrar
that holds the domain registration.
As a reseller am I limited to Plan 1, 2, 3 and 4?
Yes, these are the only 4 plans we currently offer to resellers, if you think you could effectively market
a different type of plan, feel free to contact us with your proposal.
What if my clients want additional disk space or data transfer?
As a reseller, you may purchase more disk space, data transfer, email addresses and parking
for your clients. The rates are the same as for you. We have lowered the price
of these as far as possible. So that your customers can't see the price of upgrades,
we removed the upgrade button from their control panel, you can contact support to do those
upgrades for you.
What is the secure server name that I give to my clients for them to use the SSL?

where: domainname is without the .com, .net or other extension.
Otherwise you will need a secure certificate for each domain name.
