Chapter Five - Telnet Access

Telnet is not currently available on rosserver.com machines, it has become the #1 security risk confronted by our industry.  If you resell our service and are competent to use Telnet, to support your own customers, we will allow it only with SSH.

This will require, a signed agreement, picture I.D., and a brief criminal records search.

Telnet is not required to operate within the guidelines set forth by our account policies, many of the reasons to use telnet can now be accomplished from the Server Control Panel, Any other requests for service can be sent to the support department.
